Infection Control & Safety Information for Our Patients
Keeping our Patients and Team safe is our top priority. We practice the highest standards of infection control that meet or exceed the guidelines established by the American Dental Association®, Centers for Disease Control (CDC), Alabama Department of Public Health and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).
Help Stop the Spread of COVID-19
In addition to our infection control standards, we have installed an industrial air filtration system that removes particles and viruses from each treatment room to provide fresh air for our patients as we care for them. Our treatment rooms are also enclosed with barn doors to serve as an additional aerosol barrier.
Please help us protect our Patients and Team from the spread of COVID-19:
- We will call you prior to your appointment to ask a few screening questions; if you have been exposed to COVID-19, we will request that you reschedule your appointment.
- When you arrive at our office, please call us to check in. We will text you when we are ready to escort you to the clinical area.
- Please wear a mask while you are in our facility.
- We will take your temperature prior to treatment. If you have a fever, we will ask that you reschedule your dental appointment and call your physician.
- Please do not bring a companion or children to your appointment. Caregivers are welcome to come with you to your appointment if needed.
- If your child has a dental appointment, kindly have siblings stay at home. We ask that only one parent or guardian accompany a child to their appointment.
- Wash your hands often.
